Before: A really old house, an old warehouse and a parking lot.

After: An intriguing mosh of old and new providing the best of both worlds for City Condo owners.

North Face Development had a plan. Rehab an old building and make condos. It would be nice to have an elevator and indoor parking- but, that would require buying the lot next door, or cutting out valuable space from their project. Enter Rogero Buckman Architects and a little introduction and before you know it, the lot owner is developing a new building to fit next to the old one, sharing the expenses of an elevator, creating an indoor lot, and creating a whole lot more buzz for both. No one would mistake the line between old and new from the outside, but from the inside it's seamless. Bringing new amenities to the old and new opportunities in the new, this marriage of old and new makes an interesting opportunity for the new urban dweller to chose their preference all in the same location.
